Throwback Thursday

With the final week of my summer coming to a close I wanted to take this Thursday to kind of look back on the summer and give a photo review of everything I did over the past 2 1/2 months.

Started with a trip to one of my favorites: Yellow Dog Eats

Spent two days at an educational conference in Orlando.
This is our former principal speaking at the Marzano Center: Building Expertise conference.

There were two nights celebrating the 4th of July: One in Magic Kingdom...

...and the other at EPCOT.

Headed to California July 9-16th and spent my birthday in Disneyland.

A day in Disneyland was followed by a trip up the Pacific Coast Highway,
which was an absolutely beautiful drive:

We ended up in San Francisco where we spent an entire day being typical tourists...
Saw the painted ladies at Alamo Square,

and the Golden Gate Bridge.

And our trip to Northern California ended with a stop and hike through Muir Woods.

Visited In-N-Out for the first time (and unfortunately was not overly impressed).

Did manage a trip to Porto's Bakery and thought it was amazing!
Very inexpensive and super tasty.

Back at home my cupcake obsession continued with a visit to The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck

Bought my first Alex and Ani bracelet.  A WDW one of course.

And checked out the new Starbucks in Magic Kingdom.

Aside from that, summer was spent working -a lot.  I probably worked about 16 days at Disney between mid June and this week.  May not seem like a lot, but it is exhausting, but it was probably the most fun I've had with Disney since I started almost six years ago.

A few days left and I'll be making the most of it!
